Assist Physical Therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans. Document patient responses to therapy interventions and communicate outcomes with the therapy team. Help patients perform specific exercises as part of the plan of care. Educate patients and family members about treatment plans and maintenance exercises. Maintain equipment and ensure the therapy space is functional and organized. Comply with all healthcare regulations and documentation requirements. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate records. Proficient in using physical therapy equipment and techniques. Capable of performing physical tasks required in patient care. Knowledge of compliance with healthcare laws and regulations. 401k Valid state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant. CPR certification preferred.
