Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our compassionate team, dedicated to providing top-notch rehabilitation therapy services in healthcare facilities. Our goal is to enhance patient recovery and improve quality of life through personalized physical, occupational, and speech therapies. Assist physical therapists in the treatment of patients with physical disabilities or injuries Implement selected components of patient/client interventions (treatment), obtain data related to the interventions provided, and make modifications as needed Document patient progress and response to therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist Communicate effectively with patients and their families, as well as other healthcare team members to ensure a cohesive treatment plan Maintain equipment and ensure therapy spaces are clean and organized to meet health and safety standards Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to follow and implement detailed therapy plans Good physical condition and endurance to assist with patient therapies Basic computational skills for proper documentation and reporting 401k Must hold a valid Physical Therapist Assistant state license CPR certified or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
