Thank you for considering Progyny!As the Associate Account
Manager, Pharmacy Product, you will provide operational support on
pharmacy program initiatives and tactical management on day-to-day
operations. You will work cross functionally across the
organization with Operations, Member and Provider Services,
Provider Account Management, and Finance. You will build and manage
the relationships with our external specialty pharmacies. You will
be responsible for the continued operations of Progyny Rx and
executing upon the strategic initiatives to drive superior member
experiences, increased operational efficiency, and financial
performance.What you'll do...
- Serve as a liaison while establishing and maintaining
relationships between Progyny Rx and multiple stakeholders such as
internal departments, pharmacies and providers.
- Provide consistent, thorough, and accurate communication across
key stakeholders and vendor accounts.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, client account management,
business intelligence, member services, marketing, and finance to
address the variety of needs for multiple stakeholders
- Monitor product KPI and manage to ensure compliance across the
specialty pharmacy network.
- Analyze claims and operational data to determine inefficiencies
and/or product metrics to provide insight and guidance to Progyny
leadership.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to
facilitate resolution and root cause analysis for cross-functional
operational abrasions.
- Execute on administrative duties include tracking, reporting
and special projects
- About you...
- 1-3 years of experience in operations analytics or operations
management
- * Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care
administration, or analytics preferred
- Experience working in the Healthcare Industry and specialty
pharmacy, is a plus
- Strong Excel skills and ability to efficiently work with large
volumes of data and pivot tables
- Demonstrated ability to be adaptive and inquisitive, natural
problem solver
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced
environment with time- management skills, attention to detail, and
demonstrated ability to multitask
- Must be driven to deliver results with the ability to establish
rapport, earn trust, and effectively collaborate with othersAbout

New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary range for
NYC-based applicants is: $70,000 - $80,000. There are a variety of
factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not
limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and

compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and
