Responsibilities include: -
-Providing basic patient care and treatment -
-Recording and reporting patients' vitals -
-Communicating with residents' families -
-Supervising the unit -
-Collaborating with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications -
-Educating and updating patients regarding medical plans and treatments -
-Maintaining confidentiality of all resident & facility data -
Requirements: -
-Unencumbered active LPN license -
-1+ year LPN experience in a long term care environment -
-Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language -
