Bronx, NY - PMHNP - ACT - F/T or PT - $140K + Benefits
*Bronx NY - serve underserved patients - Ages 18+ F/T of P/T
*Varied settings include Forensic ACT/Community ACT/OP clinic or Men's Shelter
*Forensic ACT - (released from corrections + patients following repeat hospitalization)
*Community ACT mix of civil mandate or patients unable to maintain self-care
*ACT caseload of 34 patients - see each patient 1 X/month
*Also community mental health O/P clinic & 41 bed men's shelter
*Patients live in the Bronx - agency auto or metro/uber transportation available
*4 or 5 day/week work option (7 hour days) - generous patient eval and med check times
*Join large team of providers - 6 PMHNP + 5 Psychiatrists
*New Grad candidates welcome
*Full Time or Part Time opportunity
*$140K + benefits
