The -Clinical Assistant -performs many tasks that aid the Medical Provider, Technician and / or Office Manager with providing patients with the highest standards of medical care.

Primary Responsibilities:
Perform vital signs and nasal swab procedures to collect specimens for lab testing
Greet and Screen patients for appropriate information and enter it to the patient's electronic medical record
Ensure all required intake paperwork, and confirm that the patient's demographic information is complete and accurate
Collaborate with valet team to establish and direct patient flow
Effectively communicate with other staff
Exercise problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Cooperate with other RMG employees to achieve specific team goals
Follow all privacy and infection control protocols as per OSHA and HIPAA requirements

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer and word-processing skills
Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all -federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination prior to employment to ensure compliance

Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare industry experience
