About the Department The Cardiometabolic Care Sales Team is at
the forefront of US sales efforts for Novo Nordisk’s robust
cardiometabolic product portfolio, which includes world-class
therapies for treating multi-morbid conditions such as diabetes,
obesity, and the reduction of major adverse cardiovascular events.

diseases, come join us! The Program At Novo Nordisk, interns will
have the opportunity to work closely with experienced industry
professionals and gain valuable, hands-on, full-time work
experience. For ten weeks, interns will be immersed in the
environment of a global pharmaceutical company and contribute to
the line of business by providing sustainable and meaningful
project work. Our internship program also includes instructor led
trainings, a leadership engagement series, and a guided mentorship
program to offer professional and personal development. In addition
to individual department responsibilities, interns will also
participate in the program's capstone event, the Innovation in
Action Case Competition. Assigned to cross-functional teams,
interns will work closely to develop an innovative and
comprehensive solution to a business problem currently facing Novo
Nordisk. At the conclusion of the program, teams will present their
findings to a board of top Novo Nordisk officials representing the
various lines of business. Program Start: June 1st, 2026. Program
End: August 7th, 2026. The Postion The scope of the Field Systems
internship will focus on each of the core functions of the team:
Customer Relationship Management, Field Business Intelligence, and
Field Training and Education. The intern will work on projects that
may include - working directly with the field on strategic
projects, helping with new field facing systems, data aggregation
and/or field communications. The intern will have opportunities to
attend internal meetings and work on cross functional projects. The
intern will have no less than two-three active projects they will
see through completion and have the opportunity to take on more
depending on uptake and knowledge of the scope of the projects.
Qualifications Must be a current student enrolled or recently
graduated (graduation date no earlier than April 2026) at/from an
accredited college or university pursuing at least a bachelor’s
degreeA completed or in progress undergraduate or graduate degree
in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related
discipline preferredStrong academic record with a preferred
cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higherConscientious self-starter with good
organizational skills, project management skills and attention to
detailAbility to balance multiple projects and priorities, must be
able to multi-taskStrong interpersonal communication and ability to
collaborate with teams; must effectively operate independently,
across functional lines, and with internal customersDemonstrated
personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, adaptability and
willingness to learnProficient in Microsoft Office Tools including
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. At this time, Novo Nordisk is not
currently hiring individuals for this position who now or in the
future would require sponsorship for employment visa status. The
base compensation range for this position is $52,000 to $89,000 on
an hourly basis. Due to the temporary nature of this program, this
position is not eligible to participate in any of the Company's
benefit plans and will not be entitled to any paid time off unless
