Job Title: Project Manager - Construction

Location: New York

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Hourly Rate: $90.00 (W2)

About the role:

Would you like to join a global powerhouse within their field? Here at Biotech Rec, we are currently looking for 2 project managers with an expertise in managing Capital projects for an internationally recognizable client! The successful candidates will play a critical part in delivering high-complexity construction projects.

Experience and Qualifications required:

• 5+ Years' experience of working within a cGMP environment.
• 5+ Years experience working in similar role (Project and/or Construction management).
• Experience in managing projects with budgets in excess of $25M.
• Previous experience of managing projects meeting BSL -2 standards is preferred.
• Proficient in using MS Project and Share Point, other project management applications are beneficial.
