ABOUT THE ROLE Peloton Enterprise Technology organization is
seeking an experienced Salesforce Sr. Engineering Manager. In this
role, you will be the technical owner of the Salesforce
applications, including sales, customer support, supplier portal,
etc. You will define the architectural vision, road map, best
practices, and platform innovation. Develop guidelines and standard
practices, assess the technical fit of Salesforce as a solution for
various use cases, and consult with teams on leveraging Salesforce
native capabilities to minimize custom code. Define platform-wide
architectural choices laying the common infrastructure for
Salesforce solutions, including integration frameworks, data
architecture, and security models. Help build an engineering team
focused on building reliable, scalable solutions that will aid in
the growth of Peloton. You will translate Peloton's needs into
high-level technical specifications, craft and develop recommended
systems, and consult with stakeholders to ensure smooth
implementation. This role presents an opportunity to demonstrate
your Service Cloud experience to build outstanding member support

monitoring & alerting
- Manage team budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource

- Form relationships and collaborate with finance, internal
controls, and security teams Project Management & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other team
members to define Roadmap, project scope, goals, and
deliverables
- Develop project plans, allocate resources, and handle timelines
to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation
strategies
- Carve out space for tech debt on the Roadmap Technical
Expertise:
- Drive technical decisions and ensure alignment with business
goals
- Keep up with the innovations and incorporate new
features/services to improve the product/application
experience
- Participate in architectural discussions, design reviews, and
technical problem-solving
- Incorporate Guardrails for Data Security and Privacy
- Define governance around data retention to keep the storage
cost under control YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- 5+ years of people management experience
- 10 years of experience with 6 or more years on the Salesforce
platform
- Experience with the Salesforce product suite, including Sales,
Service, Revenue, and Community Clouds
- Demonstrated experience building scalable & easy to use
Customer Support and Sales Applications
- Subject matter expert in the Customer Support domain space
- Proven experience Incorporating AI in Service Cloud
- Prior experience negotiating Salesforce Licensing
contracts
- Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Application
Architect, System Architect, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud
- Experience with AWS and Boomi integrations
- Understanding of SDLC, Development Operations (DevOps),
software architecture, and system integration
- Experience working in a startup embracing shifting
priorities
- Experience working with compliance teams [#LI-HYBRID] [#LI-CM1]
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the
anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York
City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position
will depend on numerous factors including individual performance,
business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Our
