Job Description:

A Kforce client is seeking to hire an Accounts Receivable Manager, E-commerce in Hoboken, New Jersey (NJ).

Summary:

This is a company that is accelerating toward an IPO. You will get a chance to put your stamp on this company and this accounting department as it builds and scales. You will work for a world class Controller that comes from Fortune 500 CPG. Benefits are fantastic. The work schedule will start 5 days a week in the office. This is in a beautiful part of Hoboken but over time this should become a hybrid role once the department is built out. You will build and manage a team of A/R Clerks.

Responsibilities include:

Post A/R Invoices, send out invoices, post cash, and collections
Accounts Receivable Manager, E-commerce will verify chargebacks, post credits, and chargebacks
Support audits and account reconciliations
