Job Description:

Do you have a passion for providing the best online casino products to customers? Are you up to date with the best practices and emerging trends, suppliers, and products in iGaming? Do you want to lead a business unit managing the innovation of our online casino ecosystem by managing its p&l, budget, and strategy alongside product and tech teams?
If so, you are in the right place! We are looking for someone who will increase revenue across all gaming channels for Tipico and generate growth by scaling our product and its experience across all customer touch points.
This position requires someone who is experienced in iGaming, knows how to manage a department and own a P&L / budget, most importantly knows what makes a casino customer tick. We work by developing business through data-driven optimization as well as leading in areas of product development, supplier management, and business operations.
The General Manager -iGaming will report directly to the CCO and work together with the rest of management team and employees. They will be responsible for contributing to the business operations for Tipico USA. The position holder ensures this is done by doing the following:

  • Build, run and own iGaming P&L
  • Build and manage a department
  • Develop and implement the strategic plan which guides the direction of product development for the gaming channels
  • Manage supplier relationships at both strategic and commercial levels
  • Full ownership of Tipico Games budget including provider fees forecasting and optimization
  • Own and provide in-depth analysis of the Games catalogue and release process to ensure best limits, positioning and ultimately revenue
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and keep abreast of new processes, procedures and regulations
  • Work with marketing teams to create an exciting iGaming brand and marketing strategy
  • Own the gaming bonus budget and challenge/approve monthly plans as outlined by the CCO
  • Know what makes an iGaming / casino customer tick and instill that throughout the organization
    • Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience, including 5 years' experience in a people leadership/P&L role and 3 years' experience in the iGaming/casino space
    • Previous gaming operations and supplier management is essential
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills
    • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
    • Demonstrated track record of problem solving and strong analytical skills
    • Strong presentation skills
      Nice to have:
      • Knowledge about and / or experience with sports betting
      • Online gaming and gambling experience
      • Product experience would be ideal
