Let's Make This Interesting --- Note: This job will be located in Hoboken, NJ.Tipico North America is looking for someone who will manage our sportsbook promotional efforts to drive new user acquisition, and boost customer loyalty and retention. The candidate will utilize a wide variety of bonus and promotional marketing tools to drive player engagement and key metrics.The Sportsbook Promotions Manager will report directly to the Head of Promotions and will collaborate & coordinate with the rest of the marketing team and employees across departments, including Operations, Product/Technology, and Data/BI, to drive a wholistic strategy for our sportsbook promotions in New Jersey and for new state launches.They will be responsible for contributing to the success of our sportsbook product through innovative marketing promotion plans for Tipico USA. The position holder ensures this is done by doing the following:

• Plan, execute, and evaluate Tipico Sportsbook promotional campaigns.
• Innovate to design new campaign types and strategies
• Oversee sportsbook promotional creative development, implementing changes as needed
• Create a comprehensive promotional schedule with campaigns designed to drive certain customer behaviors
• Build advanced campaigns using proprietary technology and a variety of technical tools.
• Report and monitor on campaign results and customer interactions
• Manage promotional budget
• Analysis of marketing and business performance data to ensure our efforts are working with maximum efficiency, making changes where needed
• Mentor junior staff, when applicableQualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 2+ years in promotional marketing
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficiency to understand and analyze marketing data
  • Experience with technical marketing tools
  • A highly skilled communicator able to respond to all challenges thrown at them
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at a time
  • Good understanding of the sports calendar and the mindset of sports fansNice to have:
    • Knowledge about and / or experience with sports and sports betting
