The W+ Senior Manager is a critical analytical role that offers you the opportunity to utilize your data analytics, data science and market research skills for Walmart+, a top company priority. In this role, you'll be a key contributor to the end-to-end knowledge, analysis and action-driving insights to influence executive leadership, grow the membership base, and build deeper engagement with our customers.What you will do..Leverage world-class customer data, models, and feedback tools coupled with your problem-solving prowess to help build the Walmart + experience. Execute analytics and custom research for W+.Distill large, complex data sources into recommendations for others to understand and navigate easily.Partner with cross functional partners to ensure they understand the customer/member voice.You'll make an impact by:Building a solid data, analytics, and insights foundation for the W+ team to achieve its business goals, across customer experience and engagement (identify issues + future needs)Translating data into insights, strategies, and actions for the cross functional partners and business team to deliver short term membership goals, improved E2E experiences, and long term retentionInfluencing, inspiring, and collaborating well with others (including peers) to align data solutions and accomplish goals through data-informed strategiesWorking across teams to represent one single source of truth, simply, for the W+ customerIntegrating data sources to define clear actions for the team and KPIs as the work is implementedCreating standards for how Walmart+ data will be utilized for the companyYou'll sweep us off our feet if...You have a proven background in implementing enterprise data strategies in areas including data science, governance, advanced analytical solutions, and research in a highly complex environmentYou have familiarity with very large data sources and best-in-class research methods and applied statistics, and data-mining techniques in collecting and predicting consumer sentiment, behavior and feedback.You are very passionate about data and have worked in large organizations mapping stakeholders and ensuring adoption/onboarding of different data products.You have 7+ years in Data Science, Advanced Analytics and/or Consumer Insights, preferably with a related college and/or Advanced degree.You have experience building and executing strategic business processes within a large organization including working with technology partners to deliver information solutionsYou have strong written, presentation and verbal communication You have experience successfully navigating a highly matrixed organization while working closely with teams across segments of the company.You have strong applied knowledge of marketing research and customer insights, including survey research methods to understand and craft customer experiences.You have experience in loyalty/membership spaces.Minimum Qualifications...Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position.
