Job Description JCC_IT_Program_Management1
Manages 1-2 consecutive projects, overseeing the design and costing
exercises, and facilitates communications to all stakeholders.
Defines project structure, phasing, resource plans and activity
schedules, and monitors progress and provide regular reporting.
Ensures that realistic project, sub-project, and quality plans are
prepared and maintained, and facilitates the selection and
appointment of services/resources to sub-projects.
Ensures that all activities are tracked and provides regular and
accurate reports to Senior IT Management, Project Office, and
Client Management, as appropriate.
Manages expectation of projects with Project Sponsors and other
Managers within the function/business.Ensures comprehensive project
quality and risk plans for moderately complex projects are prepared
Ensures that problems are identified at the earliest opportunity,
and identifies and implements solutions in line with Change Control
Develop a process to test assumptions and validate business
Ensures that IT resources are made available to undertake the
agreed Infrastructure projects and they are used effectively.
Motivates, monitors, and controls team performance against
Liaises with IT and client/user management to ensure that they are
compatible with the organization's existing systems, standards,
Infrastructure, and Strategic plans.
