Position Summary...What you'll do...We are looking for an
experienced and organized Marketing Activation professional to
execute omni-channel integrated advertising solutions for Walmart
Connect (WMC). This complex, cross-functional role will be
responsible for management and implementation of marketing
campaigns that span across the Walmart omni-channel ecosystem
(in-store and online). This role will support a Manager(s) and work
closely with Walmart's advertising sales, marketing, store
activation, site experience, category marketing, and seasonal
activation teams to execute unique, custom and high-impact
marketing solutions for clients.Specifically, we're looking for
ambitious, organized, creative, people-oriented folks who can build
bridges and are truly willing to roll up their sleeves to solve
business challenges in creative and structured ways.Start off

Description:Execution of supplier-specific custom Integrated
Marketing Campaigns for Walmart Connect ClientsVet and execute
innovative ideas and programs that have never been done
beforeLeverage WMC core offerings as well as test-and-learn new
innovationManage approvals, execution and measurement of owned
solutionsActively facilitate and participate in brainstorming and
working sessions across cross-functional teamsProvide support for
general department day-to-day functions, such as owning tracking
documents for marketing activations and site placements.Super-serve
Sales and support the growth and evolution of integrated marketing
for Walmart ConnectDemonstrate a spirit of partnership,
collaboration, and operational agility and excellence.
Requirements: 3+ years' integrated marketing experience in retail
or related field preferred.Strong organizational skills with high
attention to detailHighly collaborative, team player, with the
ability to build relationships across multiple levels and
departments.Understanding of publisher or retail client
relationships and goalsProactive, self-motivated, and highly
