Job Description:

The Marketing Account Manager is a key role for our growing Team. You will be assisting our Loan Officers by creating their marketing plans for the year. Along with the marketing plans, this person will foster positive long-term relationships with clients by presenting marketing best practices, informing clients of the company's offerings, and resolving any client issues. They will assist clients with building their personal brand and create actionable strategies to increase clients' brand equity.

The position's ideal candidate will be comfortable with having internal and external clients and can find the middle ground to make all parties feel supported while aligning with the company's marketing goals. Be able to see the big picture, articulate a plan that is easy to understand, and coordinate with necessary parties to execute the plan. They are a "fixers" and not afraid to roll up their sleeves to help get the job done. If this describes you, then this is probably the right fit.


Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization
Write social media content, web content, blogs, and other copy that contributes to our overall marketing strategy and goals
Run our social media accounts and return messages to inquiries
Oversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information
Play a key role on the marketing team in advising on and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies


4-year degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related field required
Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity
Must exhibit strong understanding of latest marketing trends
