Associate Director, Platform Product Manager

About the -Role
To manage the future product direction of the Burgiss platform for
the delivery of best-in-class private capital analytics, data,
reporting, and visualizations .
Scope and -Key -Responsibilities
Product planning and execution throughout product lifecycle
Manage near-term roadmap leveraging feedback from product team,
other functional areas and clients.
Be the primary subject matter expert for the product to provide
clarity on business need and provide support to other functional
Work closely with engineering team to implement technical solutions
given defined business and functional requirements.
Work closely with quality assurance to ensure designed
functionality requirements are met.
Gather, define and prioritize requirements
Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather and define
Work closely with the product and design teams to design practical
solutions for business requirements
Create and develop functional requirement documents including data
migration rules, business rules, workflow diagrams, wireframes,
user stories and other deliverables to support development.
Ensure that other functional teams are informed about product
direction and educated on the corresponding value proposition
Define the vision of the products
Experience -and -Qualifications
5 years in a product management role working on enterprise web
applications required (7-10 years preferred)
5 years of experience working on portfolio analysis, performance
measurement, and/or portfolio reporting tools
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or similar
Domain expertise in the area of portfolio analysis, performance
measurement and/or portfolio reporting.
Domain expertise in private capital from both a Limited Partner and
General Partner perspective.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal
Experience working collaboratively with UX teams
7-10 years of experience in the private capital industry with
emphasis on portfolio analysis and reporting preferred
Master's degree in Finance, Economics or similar preferred
Domain expertise in UX design and data visualization preferred
CFA charter holder preferred
CAIA charter holder preferred
