*Position:* Application Engineer / Senior Application Engineer *Job Description:* *What You'll Be Doing* * Closely work with operations, infrastructure and global IT development team * Provide tier 1 & 2 on-going support for WMS and relevant applications in a timely manner * Follow-up an application issues and assist to investigate the root cause * Formulate SQA * Provide technical analysis in warehouse * Assist the new warehouse implementation * Regularly join global IT meeting *What We Are Looking For* * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline with typically more than 4 years of experience * Good interpersonal and communication skills with people in different nationality * Ability to work with people in different culture and complex organizational structure or environment * Experienced in application support * Strong knowledge of programming and SQL * Knowledge in BI Visualization and Reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) * Knowledge in Logistics and warehouse are preferred * Strong understanding and work independent * Willing to take new challenge and learn the new technology * Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese Location at Kwai Chung, Hong Kong *Location:* HK-Hong Kong (ATL Logistics Centre) PDC *Time Type:* Full time *Job Category:* Information Technology
