The French American Academy of Hoboken is currently seeking a Part-Time English Teacher for its Preschool .Students learn in the context of a bilingual French-English program therefore the English teacher must be able to work in close collaboration with French teachers.We are looking for a teacher who:

Is interested in working in a bilingual French/English settingHas preschool experience, 2 years minimumHas training in Education with a bachelor's degree Has strong writing and speaking skills in EnglishHas a student-centered approachAdapts teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interestsCreate a nurturing and safe classroom communityEnjoys collaborating on curriculum and project-based learningIs adaptable, flexible, and creativeIs willing to teach several different gradesHas a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusionProficiency in French is a plus
