Job Description Job description An ever-growing and expanding
daycare is seeking a strong teacher for our pre-toddler program.
Experience with young children is essential to this position. Must
be very creative and hands-on and support our curriculum outline.
Must be very effective at developing individualized programs to
meet the unique needs of each student. Excellent communication
skills with students, parents, and other stakeholders are required.
Requirements: Successful work history of at least 2 years in an
Early Childhood Program. Experience working with infants, toddlers,
and/or preschoolers. A Bachelors Degree (or working towards one) in
Early Childhood Education or another field related to child growth
and development is preferred but not required. A MANDATORY
Extensive Background Check will be conducted before hiring. If
hired, First Aid training, CPR, and other training will be

Be capable of multi-tasking Responsibilities: Changing and feeding
students Supervising students Implementation of curriculum Daily
Circle Time/ Morning Instruction Creating and executing lesson
plans Creating monthly classroom newsletters for parents Monitoring
and assessing student developmental abilities and milestones
Assisting children in the exploration of social-emotional skills
Building, and expanding upon, letter and number recognition
Continuously working on handwriting skills along with our
handwriting program Develop and execute fine and gross motor
