Responsibilities: Patient education and acquisition Lead conversion
into consultation Consultation conversion to the cosmetic dental
procedure High-Performance Expectations: This is a position for
those who work well with sales goals and/or under pressure. Need to
be a strong problem solver to help patients through financing
issues and other obstacles that could prevent them from scheduling,
as well as being proactive with leads and keeping the schedule
filled. Greet and welcome patients and other visitors to our office
Make new patients feel welcome and comfortable at our office Check
in patients according to office protocol Schedule patients for
various procedures Create and present treatment plans Determine
insurance copay Complete other duties assigned by the
Administrative Team Leader Qualifications: Previous strong sales
experience , preferably as an aesthetic patient coordinator in
cosmetic dentistry or a medical spa setting Previous Dental Office
Administration Experience, required Providing excellent customer
service to all patients and visitors Case Presentation and
Insurance Benefit Education Entering treatment plans into Open
