Responsibilities:
Schedule courses, events; Work with Sales Training teams
Regularly run reports on sales progress of new hires
Communicate reports and progress to sales leadership
Create a narrative for each sales rep based on data and progress
Track KPIs of which courses are most successful
Digital communication, including all online and email communication for sales onboarding
Complete participant evaluations for bootcamp sessions

Minimum Qualifications...
2+ years of program management experience
Well-versed in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Reporting on data
Presentation Skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent coordination skills
Ability to travel to local office and satellite offices as needed (expect less than 15% travel)
