  • Communicate daily with suppliers and vendors
  • Track and coordinate shipping/receiving
  • Manage purchase orders
  • Maintain files, reports and track/update
  • Complete data entry tasks
  • Responsible for solving issues and discrepanciesWould you describe yourself as someone who has:
    • A strong proficiency in Microsoft Office-Excel and Outlook
    • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
    • The ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
    • The ability to communicate effectively and professionally
    • Capable of working independently
