We're looking for a dynamic Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our White Plains office. Look ahead, imagine more and consider joining the CR team to begin making a difference! This is a Temporary/ Seasonal position to assist with our Tax Busy Season. Position will be from Jan 2020 - April 16, 2020. Responsibilities Assist Office Manager and Executive Assistant with daily office tasks. Maintain and monitor local Engagement e-File mailbox. This is a mailbox in Outlook where the clients email outstanding Efile Authorization Forms. The candidate will be checking this mailbox on a daily basis, upload the forms to GFR and route accordingly. CCH Scanning - scanning in information from tax organizers in the system and routing according. Compose, produce and format engagement letters, correspondences, print or mail as requested. Assist with answering front desk telephone, distributing mail and greet visitors. Provide general administrative support to client service staff on an as-needed basis by producing correspondences scheduling, arranging of meal service, etc. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required/requested.
