Description: The Revenue Associate supports accurate and timely
revenue reporting for clinical research activities by analyzing,
reconciling, and validating revenue data against clinical trial
contracts, budgets, and operational milestones. This role partners
closely with Clinical Operations and Contracts to ensure revenue is
recorded accurately and consistently, and to provide insight into
study-level and site-level financial performance.This is a remote
position and reports directly to the Controller. Responsibilities:
Verify CTMS data at study, site, and protocol level, including
startup fees, per-patient fees, milestone billings, and
pass-through costs. Reconcile recorded revenue to Clinical Trial
Agreements (CTAs), budgets, and source systems. Support month-end
close activities including accruals, deferrals, adjustments, and
revenue true-ups. Partner with Clinical Operations and Contracts to
resolve discrepancies and improve revenue accuracy. Complete
end-of-study and end-of-contract reconciliations. Identify process
improvement opportunities and support KPI tracking related to
revenue accuracy and performance. Prepare recurring and ad-hoc
revenue reports for Finance leadership and operational managers.
Provide ad-hoc assistance with different projects related to
revenue and financial reporting. Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Strong
analytical skills with the ability to work with large, complex
datasets and contracts. Advanced Excel skills including pivot
tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, and logical formulas.
Experience working with financial systems, billing data, or revenue
reporting tools. Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar data
visualization tools preferred. Understanding of clinical trials,
financial structures and revenue drivers preferred. Core
