applications. Job Title: HR Administrative Assistant-Temporary/Full
time Project duration: 4-6 Months Key Responsibilities: Accounts
Payable: Review/verify vendor invoices, match to POs/receipts, code
expenses, enter into accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks),
prepare payments (checks/ACH), and resolve discrepancies. Accounts
Receivable: Generate/send customer invoices, post
payments/deposits, monitor aging accounts, follow up on past-due
balances (email/phone), and handle basic collections/research.
Reconciliations & Reporting: Reconcile statements/accounts,
maintain accurate records, and assist with month-end close tasks.
Light HR / Benefits Admin: Assist with employee benefits
enrollment/open enrollment (e.g., health insurance, 401(k), etc.),
update benefit records for new hires/changes/terminations, answer
basic employee questions on benefits, and ensure compliance with
simple policies. Timekeeping: Collect/verify employee timesheets or
attendance records, track hours/vacation/sick time/PTO, enter data
into payroll/time system, and support payroll prep by flagging
adjustments (e.g., overtime, leaves). General Admin: Data entry,
filing/scanning documents, answering billing/HR-related
phones/emails, ordering supplies, and other clerical support as
needed. Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in AR, AP,
bookkeeping, and HR admin/finance role. Proficiency in Microsoft
Excel, QuickBooks, and NetSuite and comfort learning accounting and
HR software. Reliable, professional, and able to handle
confidential financial info. High school diploma or equivalent;
associate's in accounting/business a plus. Ability to lift light
boxes/files occasionally (office setting, no heavy labor). Why Join
