We are seeking an experienced and licensed Account Manager /
Insurance Support Staff professional to join our growing agency in
Freehold, NJ. This role is ideal for a motivated Personal and
Commercial Lines agent who enjoys providing exceptional client
service while also supporting new business development and
retention efforts. The ideal candidate will have independent agency
experience, strong technical insurance knowledge, and the ability
to manage accounts from quote through renewal. This position offers
a collaborative team environment, hybrid flexibility, and the
opportunity to contribute to both client satisfaction and agency
growth. Responsibilities Quote, bind, and issue new policies for
personal and commercial lines of insurance. Review client accounts
to identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities. Handle
renewals, endorsements, claims, and rewrites. Provide policy
explanations, claims guidance, and ongoing client service. Maintain
accurate records in the Agency Management System. Prospect and
initiate new business sales. Provide client retention services
through the client outreach program. Qualifications Active New
Jersey Property & Casualty License required. 2 years of experience
in an independent insurance agency, including both personal and
commercial lines. Strong written and verbal communication skills
with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with
clients and carriers. Proficiency in agency management systems
(EZLynx, Applied, TAM, or similar). Job Type: Full-time Work
