skilled Senior Disbursement Accountant who is ready to make an

Role The Senior Disbursement Accountant will oversee accounting
processes related to settlement distributions, ensuring accuracy,
compliance, and efficiency in managing funds. This is an ideal role
for someone who enjoys hands-on accounting work, thrives in
data-driven environments, and collaborates effectively across teams
to produce reliable financial reporting. Key Responsibilities
Perform and review accounting functions related to settlement
distributions, including reconciliations, bank account monitoring,
and fund disbursements Process vendor payments through checks, wire
transfers, ACH, and other approved methods Track and reconcile
settlement bank accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
Monitor and analyze bank activity to confirm proper transaction
tracking Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting
documentation for internal and external stakeholders Collaborate
with internal teams across operations, finance, client services,
and legal to maintain compliance with settlement agreements Assist
in preparing year-end tax documentation such as 1099s Support
process improvements and efficiency initiatives, including
automation efforts Serve as a subject matter resource on
distribution accounting procedures Qualifications Bachelor's degree
in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field Two to
four years of experience in accounting, reconciliation, treasury,
or data analysis Advanced Excel proficiency and strong analytical
and reconciliation skills Experience using online treasury and
banking platforms Proficiency in accounting software preferred
Excellent communication skills and ability to work
