FAAS services cover a wide range of accounting and reporting, transaction accounting, treasury, and corporate governance services that can make your business meet changing market conditions, demands for greater transparency and changing regulatory requirements.Our Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) group within FAAS also helps our clients to address their most pressing concerns related to Climate Change and Decarbonization, Environmental, Social, and Goverance (ESG), and Envionment, Health & Safety (EHS). The opportunityDemand for managed services has skyrocketed and FAAS has an ambition has an ambition and target to grow our managed services business to approx. to $500m per annum by 2024. FAAS leadership is building a team dedicated to governing and executing on key priorities of FAAS Managed Service offerings at a Global level. Your key responsibilitiesThis role would be responsible for building-out FAAS' managed services solutioning capabilities, supporting strategic (G360 level) deal flow, and working with the regions to build capabilities in-region. Additionally, the Solutioning lead will need to build a network of regional solution architects that have extensive managed services experience and can drive deals locally with key accounts.Skills and attributes for successThis role will focus primarily on managed services related skill and capability development - and with a specific focus on the activities needed to scope, size and commercially estimate large / complex managed services deals. At present we do not have these capabilities in FAAS. It is foreseen that there will initially be a small team / squad of GDS solutioning specialists, which this role will oversee and engage as required. More importantly, however, this role will be tasked with growing out regional solutioning capabilities so that dependence on the central / global function is reduced.To qualify for the role you must have

  • BS / Undergrad degree, preferably in accounting and/or other business discipline
  • 12+ years of experience, and must have extensive F&A BPO solutioning / delivery experience on large finance outsourcing deals
  • Extensive hands-on experience with managed services / outsourcing transition management
  • An understanding of solutioning and transition management leading practices, and the proven ability to translate those into repeatable / scaleable standards
  • Willingness to travel for support of key events or regional engagement activities / forums / workshopsIdeally, you'll also have
    • Background knowledge and understanding of FAAS offerings
    • Global perspective and the ability to engage both with regional FAAS teams as well as G360 account teams so that ultimately these skills are built locally
    • Talent development and team building skills, again with a focus on building out regional capabilitiesWhat we look for
