Senior Manager I, Operations and Implementation, H... Position Summary... What you'll do...

  • Leads the planning and execution of multiple projects and programs in support of the Omni Strategy & Operations organization by utilizing project management expertise for the development, execution, and improvement of HR related projects and program initiatives.
  • Develops and deploys leadership methodology and operational processes and procedures across multiple functions by evaluating key business components in order to assess current performance standards; identifying areas of improvements; developing improvement solutions; ensuring methodologies, processes, and procedures are simple and executable with manageable execution plans.
  • Consults with cross-functional teams to gain alignment on improvement solutions; ensuring methodologies, processes, and procedures are sustainable for future use; and communicating changes and solutions to key stakeholders in order to gain alignment.
  • Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; develops and communicates business plans and priorities; removes barriers and obstacles that impact performance; ; identifies performance standards; measures progress ; develops contingency plans; and demonstrates adaptability and supporting continuous learning.
  • Establishes and enforces policies and procedures for the Omni Strategy & Operations People team by developing and maintaining operational business plans for program requirements; providing input to strategy development and the research and development of new operational flows.
  • Coordinates activities with other functions to obtain optimum efficiency and productivity; implements, enforces, and updates standard operating procedures to ensure consistency with core HR processes.
  • Develops project roadmaps, goals and success criteria across the entire Omni people/business team. Ensures projects stay on time and budget through development and management of a comprehensive people calendar across all functional areas.--
  • Solves problems with an innovative and inquisitive mindset. Prepares and presents progress status and consistently revisits objectives to ensure projects are furthering organizational strategy.
  • Manages annual operating budgets (AOP) across multiple functional areas by providing strategic input to the budget planning process and ensuring budgets and financial performance align with business strategic requirements.
  • Responsible for gathering initiative details together for the People Partners and project managing several initiatives such as the Performance Management Program , Talent Review, Leadership Development roadmap, Recognition programs, planning and execution of organizational changes.--
  • Leads critical improvements around people data & analytics, ensuring data integrity, building leader capability and disseminating key insights to people leaders and business leaders to inform and enable more strategic people decisions.
  • Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.
  • Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives.
  • Collaborates with business partners, people team leaders across specialist and HRBP functional areas and other key stakeholders.
  • Solicits, evaluates, and applies suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness; and participates in and supports community outreach events.Minimum Qualifications: Prior People Partner/ HRBP experience, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Technology, Supply Chain, Communications, or related field and 3 years' experience in retail, production, operations management or related area OR 5 years' experience in retail, production, operations management or related area Minimum Qualifications...
